Hudson Logistics Center at Green Meadows

Hillwood Investment Properties proposed the development of three high-tech distribution buildings on the Green Meadow Golf Course property at the Hudson Planning Board Meeting on May 27, 2020. This will be a 24/7/365 day facility to store and distribute products around the region to homes and businesses. Building A and B have a 15 year lease with Amazon(note Amazon has withdrawn interest in the project as April 7th; per Town of Hudson). Building C is not currently under agreement. Hillwood anticipates the creation of 1,400 direct jobs, 420 indirect jobs, and 574 induced jobs. It is expected the direct jobs will be an hourly wage of $15-$17 per hour.
Below is a break down of each building based on size, loading docks, and parking for both cars and trucks:
Lot A
- 1.07 million sq. foot distribution building
- 98 loading docks
- 404 trailer parking stalls
- 1,008 car parking stalls
Lot B
- 1 million sq. foot distribution building
- 135 loading docks
- 250 trailer parking stalls
- 417 car parking stalls
Lot C
- 522,000 sq. foot distribution building
- 130 loading docks
- 188 trailer parking stalls
- 420 car parking stalls
