NHDP and Hillsborough County Democrats: Voting Advice – 2 Ballot Questions
There are 2 questions on the ballot related to amendments to the State constitution.

HCDC recommends a YES vote on Question #1, which simply eliminates the Register of Probate office, a position that was reduced to a figurehead office a decade ago.

HCDC and NHDP recommend a NO vote on Question #2.
The second question is brought forth statutorily once every ten years but could open the door to an entire re-write of the state constitution at a time when we have so many Free Staters in our midst.

The League of Women Voters – New Hampshire has prepared some explanation on the two questions which you can read here.Warning! 2 Free Staters/Libertarians

on the Ballot Two candidates in the Democratic column on the November 8th ballot are not Democrats nor do they share our values
. As shown in the image below crossed out in red, Nicholas Sarwark and Richard Manzo, candidates for County Attorney and County Treasurer, respectively, are actually Libertarian candidates.

Please DO NOT VOTE for Sarwark or Manzo. Skip over the County Attorney and County Treasurer positions on the ballot. The County Sheriff candidate is also not a Democrat and is a Republican. Please vote Democrat for every other position on the ballot!

What happened?
This unfortunate situation arose because Democrats were unable to recruit candidates for these two positions. In the days preceding the Primary in September, many voters received text messages asking them to write in the names of the 2 Libertarians on the Democratic ballot, omitting any mention that they are actually Libertarians, not Democrats. Only 40 write-in votes are needed to qualify as a write-in candidate, so this deceptive ploy succeeded. Spread the word by sharing this information!
